Rechargeable batteries are almost notorious for their short lived and expensive use. The monocrystalline silicon water is said to give the best results, because the sun rays contain photons that the water absorbs naturally and heats up, causing negatively charged electrons to move in the material and create electricity. This electricity is then transferred to the device that is hooked up to the solar battery charger and in turn, charges said device.
